The health/waiver form may be sent in with your registration or
after your child receives a registration confirmation.
Inform the camp of any changes to your health form when you arrive at camp.
Free Stuff
Early registration. If you register and pay your full camp fee before
April 15th you will receive a free Clearwater Bible Camp
t-shirt, sticker, pen, notepad and Bible when you arrive!
Discounts
Mail in the first $60 of your camp fee
as your non-refundable registration fee with your registration form.
Your registration form will not be processed until we receive your
registration fee. Confirmation and details will be sent upon receipt. If
you include your email address we will contact you by email.
Invite a friend and
get $10 cash back! Put your name in the friend blank on a second form
(“My friend ____ told me about camp.”) and give it to a friend whose
never been to Clearwater Bible Camp before. For each friend that comes
to camp receive $10 cash back when you arrive!
Camp fees may be deductible for child-care purposes on your tax
return. Receipts will be issued in September for all fees paid.
If you can’t afford to send your child to camp contact us about
possible sponsorship. Our goal is to partner with parents to make camp
accessible to every child.
CAMPER FEES cover approximately 50% of the actual cost of
running camp. VOLUNTEERS and DONORS are the key to an amazing summer of
camp. Our summer staff volunteers have been screened and trained and are
eager to give your child a wonderful camp experience. They give up summer
job opportunities in the work force to give your child a great summer. We
have committed to matching up to $1000 of funds raised by each of our senior
staff to help with the expenses of life and school that wait for them in
September. Please consider giving to our staff bursary fund. Gifts above $25
may be receipted for income tax purposes. Credit card donations are possible
on our website. Thank you for your generous support!
