Keep in mind you need to be flexible.  We are a smaller camp.  Everyone pitches in!

Support Staff

Cooks
The will prepare and cook meals in cooperation with the Food Services Director and the kitchen work crew.  Preference will be given to those 18 years of age and older with experience in food services.  Food Safe 1 certification is required for at least one of the cooks at all times.

Speaker
They are responsible to prepare the amount of chapel teaching sessions required.  Teaching must be based from the Bible, be interesting, relevant and age appropriate for the campers.

Nurse, OFA Level 3 Industrial First Aid Attendant
They are responsible for the general health and safety of campers and staff including medical response to injuries, dispensing medications, medical checks, medical paperwork, communication with outside medical agents, and the medical registration of campers.

Program Assistants
They will work closely with the Senior staff in running the overall summer program.  Other duties will include helping lead daily staff devotions and instruction/assistance in camper skill activities

Office Assistant/Gopher
They will work with the senior staff to keep office work in order including answering phones, data entry, filing paperwork, and other participation in camp as determined by senior staff.

Maintenance or Kitchen Work Crew Boss
They will supervise and work with the work crews in their various responsibilities.  This includes leading the work crews in a life example of godliness, hard work, prayer, discipleship, and Bible studies.

Lifeguard
They are responsible for waterfront safety.  N.L.S.certificate is preferred, but bronze cross/medallion is the minimum requirement.  Responsibilities include overseeing other waterfront supervisors.  There may be an option to teach camper swimming skill.

Cabin Leader Staff

Cabin leader (age18 years and up)
They will lead a cabin of up to 10 campers.  This includes leading cabin devotions, mentoring a Cabin Assistant, instructing camper skills, participation in wide games, camp singing, and waterfront supervision.  Preference will be given to those 18 years and older with prior Bible Camp experience.

Cabin Assistant (age 16 years and up)
They will assist the cabin leader in all cabin duties including cabin devotions, instructing/assisting camper skill activities, participating in wide games, and other camp activities as determined by the senior staff.  Preference will be given to those 16 years and older with prior Bible cam experience.

Work Crew

Kitchen (age 14 and up)
Working under the work crew boss and Cooks.  Duties include assisting with food preparation and service, dining hall set-up & clean-up, and dishes.

Maintenance (age 14 and up)
Working under the Maintenance Work Crew Boss, duties will include janitorial, grounds keeping, general maintenance, special projects and program setup.  (needed:  work clothes, gloves, boots, etc.)
