What's
Camp Like
We run a wide variety of
fun and creative camps throughout the summer.
All of our camp programs are designed to give kids a fun and
exciting experience that will create lasting memories and friendships.
We offer a wide variety of activities throughout the different camps,
including hiking, swimming, tubing, canoeing, archery, fencing, sailing,
power boating, and much more…
Our staff is trained to challenge the kids to do more than they ever
thought they could, while keeping things safe and fun.
The kids will be challenged to stretch themselves mentally,
physically, socially, and spiritually. Every activity we do is focused on
introducing the kids to Jesus Christ and showing them God’s love.
Whether sharing experiences with a cabin, acting out skits with a team, or
tubing behind a powerboat, these are weeks that your kids won’t forget!

Junior,
Preteen, & Teen Camps
These youth camps, designed to show God’s love, are
jam-packed with all kinds of different activities. The schedule times,
discussions topics, and certain program activities vary according to the
age of campers that each week is geared towards. Hope
Bay Bible Camp has screened, hand-picked, and trained staff (most of them
volunteers) who work at camp because they want to make a difference in
kids’ lives.
Each of these
camps is designed to give children/youth a safe atmosphere to meet new
people and try new things; allowing them to feel the thrill and
satisfaction that comes with doing something you never thought you could
do!
Each
morning the campers get the chance to try different “skills” around
the camp property and
Pender
Island
. These skills include
fencing, hiking, disc-golf, archery, pelletry, sports, and crafts.
Each afternoon the activities are focused on water sports; giving
kids the chance to experience activities such as swimming, canoeing,
tubing, power boating, and sailing. The
rest of the day is packed with team-building activities, wacky meals,
drama, group games, chapel times, music, and a few surprises!
vegetables There are also scheduled times where the campers get to share with
their peers and hear their Cabin Leaders’ life stories.
Your
children will be singing camp songs, recounting their adventures, and
telling camp stories for weeks after camp is over.
The relationships built and memories created during these weeks
will last them a lifetime!

Extreme
Teen Camp
The Extreme Teen Camp schedule will follow a somewhat similar
pattern to our other camps, but new team challenges and activities will
challenge the older age group mentally, physically, emotionally, and
spiritually. Allow your teen to
experience the wonder of God’s creation as they take on challenges such
as hiking & canoeing through beautiful gulf-island scenery. Whether
playing sports, hiking to ocean – lookouts, or tubing behind a
powerboat, this will be a week of memories your teenager won’t forget!
With a focus on discipleship and team building, this camp will
encourage teenagers to push past boundaries and achieve things they never
thought possible. Discussions
with Cabin Leaders and chapel times with a guest speaker will tackle
issues that are relevant to the older teen age group, while team-building
challenges & activities will cause the campers to learn more about
themselves.
