Provincial Director

Qualifications and Duties:

The ideal candidate will have significant administrative experience, a person with strong relational skills, be able to interact well with the public and has an interest in ministry to and with children/youth/families. This individual must be able to work hand-in-hand with various ministry workers both in the Provincial Office and at various sites (ex. camps) to, along with Council, develop the vision and strategy for furthering the mandate of ‘going to the otherwise unreached’.  This is a permanent, full-time position that will be of interest to someone in a senior position in either the pastorate or with a Christian organization and is able to subscribe to the CSSM statement of faith and policies.

Remuneration:

Annual Salary – To be negotiated.

The successful candidate will be appointed by the CSSM Ministries’ National Director upon recommendation by the Saskatchewan Branch Council of CSSM Ministries (Canadian Sunday School Mission).

      Estevan Bible Camp (EBC) is searching for a person to fill the position of camp director.  EBC operates as one of the 11 Canadian Sunday School Mission (CSSM) camps in Saskatchewan, whose mission is: “To present and promote the gospel, evangelize the lost, and disciple the converted”.  As a camp director you will be employed as a part-time CSSM missionary, report to a board of directors, and be responsible for managing the operations of the camp.  The duties will include planning, organizing, leading and directing all aspects of EBC including: activities of camps, CSSM obligations, camper follow-up and camp promotion.

Pastor Position to be filled. We are looking for a missionary pastor to fill the position as pastor of a church in Hazelton, located in Northwest British Columbia. A small but thriving church has recently come under the umbrella of CSSM. Our goal is to provide a pastor for them who as a missionary pastor supported under CSSM. 

Echo Lake Bible Camp is located in Northern British Columbia, 33 km north of Vanderhoof and 27 km south of Fort Saint James, just off highway #27. The camp is located on 46 acres of land with plenty of lake front property.

Hope Bay Bible Camp is located on North Pender Island, one of the Southern Gulf Islands between Vancouver and Victoria. The ferry docks at Otter Bay on the west side. The camp is located on the east side at the end of Hope Bay at 4302 Bedwell Harbour Rd.

Dorion Bible Camp is looking for an individual or individuals to fill 3 positions. Interested candidates will have a love of children/youth, camping ministry, and Jesus Christ. Experience in working at a camp is preferable, but not necessary.
