Staff Positions

If you are looking to be a staff with CSSM start by reading the CSSM Code of Conduct, we will ask you to agree and sign this code of conduct upon your first day of work. Also, please complete and submit a staff application using the link below. We will contact you once your references are checked and let you know where you fit in our ministry. The form StaffApp_SK.pdf is a fillable form that can be submitted electronically using the submit button on the last page. You will need Adobe Reader 7.0 to properly fill and submit this form. Electronically submitted forms must be followed up with a signed copy in the mail in order to confirm your acceptance.

There are two categories of staff, and depending on which one you fall into you will need to fill out either the CSSM Ministries Staff App Form (core staff) or the Volunteer/support staff formThe expectations are as follows:

Core Staff:

Individuals interested in a Core Staff position with CSSM Ministries are required to complete a “CORE STAFF APPLICATION” form and submit to the designated office for processing prior to final commitment for ministry with CSSM Ministries.
Core Staff Defined:
Core staff shall include all seasonal Camp Directors, Program Directors and Program Staff, Senior & Junior Cabin Leaders (Junior cabin leaders note the Junior Staff Section below), Nurses, as well as any other staff person that will knowingly have significant connection with, or responsibility for any camper(s). Speakers may fill out the Volunteer/Support staff app. below.

Junior Staff:

Junior staff are asked to send their completed Application to the camp of their choice if sending by Postal Mail. All online submissions may still be sent using the submit button at the bottom of the form.

Volunteer/Support Staff:

Individuals interested in serving as a volunteer or in a support staff role with CSSM Ministries must complete a “VOLUNTEER/SUPPORT STAFF APPLICATION” form prior to final commitment for service with CSSM Ministries.
Volunteer/Support Staff Defined:
Volunteer/Support Staff shall include all persons over 16 years of age that are serving in any capacity within CSSM Ministries that have not completed a current core staff application (Camp speakers may fill out the Volunteer/Support staff app.).
